New Year's Eve Feast

This is going to be a New Year’s Eve like no other. Not only am I pregnant (RIP New Year’s Champagne Toast), but we are celebrating during a pandemic. That being said, we can’t wait to say Sayonara to 2020 and HEY GIRL to 2021! We don’t usually do the BIG party thing at New Year’s; we typically do a small dinner party at home with our friends. This year it will just be the 3.5 of us, and here’s what’s on our menu!

Seafood Starter

Mussels In White Wine Shallot Sauce!

This recipe is so easy and so delicious and with living on the West Coast, we have access to some of the best mussels around! Don’t forget to have crusty bread on hand to dip… drool!

Pasta Starter

Handmade Herb & Garlic Ravioli with Jumbo Prawns!

I am not including prep time or cook time for this recipe because it really depends on how long it takes you to make the ravioli...and it gets easier and quicker each time you do it! For the full how to, check out my IGTV Video.

Main Course

Steak and Lobster!

Is there any better way to ring in the new year than with surf ‘n turf?

Side Dish

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

I get obsessed with certain side dishes. I’ll make something and then make it again, and again. Asparagus is one of those things because it goes with EVERYTHING! It goes great with every protein and is even good in pasta!
